While we have attempted to maintain the information on this site as accurately as possible, the site may contain errors or omissions. For which, Volko Supply, will disclaim any and all liability and shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed with incorrect information. You should read carefully all product information and packaging supplied by the Manufacturer.
Volko Supply is not liable for defects, damage, or failures caused by unauthorized alterations, misuse, accidents, abuse, or failure to perform necessary maintenance after delivery.
Volko Supply will not disclose personally identifiable information, IP numbers or the like to a third party unless requested to do so by law, court of law or by a governmental or law enforcements authority.
Guarantee
Volko Supply guarantees all products are new in box and does not offer repackaged or refurbished items.
Volko Supply takes pride in distributing superior products. Because Volko Supply buys direct, all items we sell carry a manufacturer’s warranty against defects unless otherwise noted. Any custom or altered items are not returnable.
We are not responsible for any damages resulting from work done by certified or non-certified installers. We do not guarantee compatibility.
Shipping
We ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS and are subject to the shippers terms and conditions.
In stock products usually ship same day or next business day depending on packaging and quantity.
We are not responsible for shipping delays or problems once a package leaves our premises..
Inspect all packages at time of acceptance. Customers must report any damaged, defective, or missing items by the next business day after delivery. After that time, the customer accepts responsibility and will not hold Volko Supply liable. In the event of loss or damage, Volko Supply limits liability to the actual cost or replacement of the merchandise.
Sales Tax
Volko Supply collects sales tax on orders shipped within New York State.
Volko Supply does not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside New York State.
Returns
All returns require authorization and a copy of the receipt or packing list. Ship all returns prepaid, insured, and with a traceable carrier. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all return shipments. Return items in their original packaging and in resellable condition. Please double box the return package. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable in any event. All refunds will be less any applicable fees or charges.

Unfortunately, a return situation does occur every now and then.
Depending on the product we are subject to the Manufacturers return policies. Re-stocking fees, re-boxing fees, return shipping charges etc…
Volko Supply Co. may also implement it’s own return fee on credit card purchases. A 5–10% fee may apply to full returns in addition to the manufacturer’s terms.
All custom orders are not returnable for any reason.
Shipping charges are also not refundable.
Exceptions
We address manufacturer defects immediately, and replacements incur no additional charges.
We handle shipping damage according to the shipping company’s regulations and inspection policies.
After validation, we will send a replacement with no extra charges.
Non-defective or undamaged items: If a manufacturer’s technician or shipping inspector determines an item is not defective or damaged, a return fee will apply.
Our return policy reflects the fact that you pay good money for a “new” product, not someone’s return.
